The Kaleb Cares Foundation seeks to raise awareness of the importance of personal accountability for wellness and health.  There are many avenues an individual might take for wellness.  Programmatically, the Foundation focuses on three areas: the restorative value of rest in our fast paced and charged environment; the importance of understanding nutrients in the food we eat; and the power of movement for physical and mental well being.  Thus far, our focus has been movement as medicine.
